This Privacy Policy explains how HTMT LLC, doing business as PhotogU ("PhotogU," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites, opt in to our lists, buy our products, join our mentorship or communities, or otherwise interact with us (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this policy.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number, and login information.
- Purchase and billing information: the products you buy and billing details. Card numbers are collected and processed by our payment processors, not stored by us.
- Content you submit: responses to our workbooks, surveys, and forms; messages you send us; and testimonials or reviews you choose to provide.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, and referring pages.
- Cookies and similar technologies and advertising identifiers, as described in Section 3.
Information from third parties
- Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta and Google) and our service providers may share data about how you found or interacted with us.
03Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver and measure advertising. These include the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics and Google Ads tags.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of certain advertising cookies through the tools listed in Section 7. If you are in a region that requires consent, we will ask for it through a cookie banner before setting non-essential cookies.
04How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and deliver the products and services you request.
- Process payments and manage your account, plan, and access.
- Send appointment and call reminders, service messages, and account updates.
- Send marketing emails and text messages you have opted in to receive.
- Create, target, deliver, and measure advertising on platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Understand how the Services are used and improve them.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Protect the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
05Text messages and email
Text messages. If you provide your phone number and opt in, we use it to send recurring automated texts including reminders, updates, and promotional offers, managed through our messaging provider (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Email. We send service emails related to your account and purchases, and marketing emails if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
06How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it in these ways:
- Service providers. Companies that operate the business on our behalf, including Kajabi (site hosting, accounts, course delivery, and email), GoHighLevel/LeadConnector (CRM, automation, and SMS), our payment processors Kajabi Payments, Stripe, and PayPal, and Typeform (workbooks and surveys).
- Advertising and analytics partners. Platforms such as Meta and Google that help us advertise and measure results. Depending on your state, sharing data with these partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and you can opt out as described in Sections 7 and 11.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
07Advertising and analytics choices
We use interest-based advertising to reach people who may be interested in our Services. You can opt out or manage preferences here:
- Meta: through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
- Google: through Google Ads Settings and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Industry tools: the DAA and NAI opt-out pages.
Many browsers also send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we treat as a request to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" where required by law.
08Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
09Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10Your choices
- Email: unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any email.
- Text messages: reply STOP to opt out.
- Cookies: manage through your browser and the tools in Section 7.
- Account: contact us to access or update your information.
11California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request access to and deletion of your information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in Section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and, where you provide it, other information) for the purposes in Section 4. We disclose information to the service providers and partners in Section 6, and our use of advertising partners may be treated as "sharing" for targeted advertising.
To exercise your rights, email support@theweddinglegends.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line, or use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information option. We will verify your request, and you may use an authorized agent. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as opt-out requests.

We process your data on these legal bases: to perform our contract with you (delivering products you buy), your consent (for marketing emails, texts, and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time), and our legitimate interests (running, securing, and improving the business), and to comply with legal obligations.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact support@theweddinglegends.com.
13International users
We operate in the United States, and your information will be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
